The cardigan is from Patty Boutik. The skirt is from walmart. The top is from Unique. The necklace and earrings were made by myself.
Wearing a little bit of teal makes my eye color pop. I made this necklace from scratch. The top and skirt are from Unique, a thrift store in our area.
I don't know where I got this dress, but I love how it flows. The top I bought at Unique, a thrift store.
Brown and navy are neutrals. You can combine any neutrals and they will look good together. The neutrals I wear are navy, brown, grey, black (at times), and white. I also have read that green can be worn as a neutral. You see all colors in nature next to green, so that's the inspiration of calling green a neutral. It looks well with all colors. The green I wear is usually teal.
I'm always wondering if grey should be "grey" or "gray", so I finally looked it up. Turns out, both are right. Europe prefers "grey", America prefers "gray". I see it both ways all over the internet. Well, here is a gray outfit
Black is not one of my colors but I haven't given it up completely. I try not to make it the primary color in my outfit, or at least to have one of my colors by my face.
I chose 1 red and it's the only one I wear. It's a dark red, starting to be in the burgundy family, with a blue undertone (no orange/yellow undertones). I don't remember where these clothes came from. Probably from freecycle.org.
Just a comfortable and warm outfit. I believe I got the sweater and the skirt on freecycle.org. I love to wear dresses and skirts and have found that wearing leggings keeps me warm in the winter.
This is one of my very favorite dresses. The label says "Suzie in the City" and I got it on ebay. I made the necklace and earrings.
